Mr. Ishan Pokharel is the administrative officer of Debate Network Nepal. He is incharge of the DNN office , looks after financial details of Debate Network Nepal and acts as a bridge between the administrative body and the operation/communication body of DNN. You will find him ever present in the DNN office if you need any help from DNN.
